Led by experienced and certified Childbirth Educator Leila Ng Caceres, our retreat offers a comprehensive range of topics to empower and educate you on Birth, Breastfeeding, and Baby preparation. You will learn about the changes happening to your body, the stages of labor and delivery, pain management options, breastfeeding tips, and postpartum care with hands-on experience to feel confident as a new parent.

Our Speakers
leila Ng Caceres
Leila Ng Caceres is one of the most certified and qualified birth specialists in Singapore. She coaches parents through pregnancy and labour, helping them achieve positive and better birth experiences. Her passion is to empower more parents to take charge of their births and not be fearful of them.
She is a US-certified DONA Birth, Postpartum Doula, Lamaze Childbirth Educator – one of the most respected and recognised credentials in childbirth education certification worldwide
Kareen Lai
Kareen founded Mums In Sync in 2013, which runs fitness and nutrition programmes to teach mothers how to love their bodies and get into tiptop shape to rock the world with renewed confidence.
Because of the wonderful work she has done, she was awarded the Singapore Mumpreneur of the Year 2014. Kareen is a highly qualified personal trainer who holds accreditations by both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With an acute interest in postnatal fitness and health, Kareen is known for her work in helping new mums heal safely.
Dr. Adrian Tan
Dr Adrian Tan is the Medical Director of Babysteps Medical which is a housecall medical provider especially for newborns and children. He commonly sees neonatal jaundice for newborns as well as acute conditions, developmental assessments and vaccinations for the child at home.
Dr Tan graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) with a double degree in Bachelor of Medical Sciences and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS). He returned to Singapore to work and completed the Family Residency training in 2018. Being trained in Family Medicine, he has rotated through the fields of O&G, Paediatrics, Children’s Emergency and Adult Medicine.
Dr. Esther Lim
Esther graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013 from Columbia University in the City of New York and won the faculty award for excellence in adult neurorehabilitation. Hoping to be closer to her family, Esther moved back to Singapore and joined KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), during which she started to specialize in Women’s and Children’s Pelvic Health.
Esther’s rigorous training in the US and Singapore specialized in treating women and children with pelvic floor dysfunctions has set a high bar for clinical excellence.
