You’ll assist in meal preparation and presentation according to menu and dietary requirements, supporting the Head Chef in cooking and plating to ensure quality. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to health and safety regulations is essential.
MIN REQUIREMENT
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or similar role.
