Guest Relations Officer

To provide a friendly & warm welcome with excellent service for all internal and prospective guests. Able to handle POS system and cashiering and comply with operational service standard/SOP. To process Check-in and Check-out procedures, and provide high standard of daily beverage and meal service to our house guest. Assist our guest on their respective request and well versed in all aspect of the menu, and if any respond to guest complains and feedback actively or resolve service-related issues.

MIN REQUIREMENT

  • High school diploma or equivalent/hotel management
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills requited.
  • Providing excellent customer service and is a strong team player.
  • Able to communicate in English proficiently and spoken Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service.
